Amity has a no-tolerance policy against unethical practices by employees and staff. Niraj Dhar Dubey, an employee of Amity Software Systems Limited was arrested on 11th April 2010 from Delhi airport while fleeing the country, and charged by CBI against our FIR for “the offense of software theft – by copying from our servers and emailing with mala fide intentions”.
